Your remote audience can’t hear.
FIX: There are 2
- The RACK mic is muted –
- There is a red line through the mic icon
- Click the mic icon to unmute, red line goes away
- The Attendee’s speakers are off.
- Ask the person to tap the up arrow to the right of his/her mic icon
- Ask him/her to select Audio Settings > Test Mic and Speakers
- If that still doesn’t cure the problem, their device’s speakers are turned off in their settings.
- Have them go to their device’s settings
- Have them check the volume and adjust to the proper level.
