Attendees say No Sound

Your remote audience can’t hear.

FIX: There are 2

  • The RACK mic is muted –
    • There is a red line through the mic icon
    • Click the mic icon to unmute, red line goes away
  • The Attendee’s speakers are off.
    • Ask the person to tap the up arrow to the right of his/her mic icon
    • Ask him/her to select Audio Settings > Test Mic and Speakers
    • If that still doesn’t cure the problem, their device’s speakers are turned off in their settings.
      • Have them go to their device’s settings
      • Have them check the volume and adjust to the proper level.
